What are your support rates?

Remote Support Session: £20.00 per session/user.
On-Site Support (London): £70.00 per visit.
Small Business Monthly Support: £250.00 per month.

What is included in Monthly Support?

This plan is best for teams of 10+ and includes unlimited remote sessions and 2 site visits per month for consultation, planning, or troubleshooting.

What hardware do you support?

We support a wide range of infrastructure, including Windows Desktops/Laptops, Mac OS, Mobile Devices, On-Premises & Cloud Servers (VM), Firewalls, Switches, and Access Points.

What is your response time?

We aim to provide remote assistance within 1 hour of your request. Urgent site visits are usually scheduled for the same day.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. All support plans are Pay-As-You-Go. We do not bind customers into contracts, and you can exit whenever you like.

How can I pay?

We accept Bank Transfers (via Invoice), Cash on-site, or Card Payments. Online purchases are processed securely through Stripe.

Are you insured and do you offer a warranty?

We are fully covered by Public Liability Insurance. We offer a 14-day peace of mind period on services and a 30-day or Vendor warranty on hardware.
